/ Architectural concept
The builder’s directive was for us to dream up a unique villa park in the given idyllic location, one that lives up to internationally high standards.
What makes this place particularly desirable and unique is its proximity to the shores and harbour of Lake Balaton. We strived to provide contemporary architectural solutions, complemented by the use of timeless and modern materials. Our aim was to connect nature with the concept of home, and the outdoors with inside, all while providing a luxurious, outstanding living experience.
/ Interior design
Working together with the architects, our primary focus was to create outdoors and indoors spaces that serve the needs of those who are here to relax on their vacation.
The positioning of the villas makes them capable of hosting a bigger company, while at the same time affording private zones for each individual, offering seclusion, time to recharge and regenerate. The interior design of the villas were inspired by the refined taste of the architects, paired with international trends. We believe that the prospective owner will find joy in every moment that they spend here.
The holiday homes’ outdoor pools, with their state-of-the-art machinery and heat-pump heating solution, ensure perfect water quality and a pleasent temperature throughout the season. In the private garden, grass and ornamental foliage will be planted, which can be maintained with a robotic lawnmower and will be equipped with an irrigation system.
The covered barbecue and lounge terrace, which opens from the living area, are ideal for gatherings with friends and family or for an afternoon nap.
The villas each have an internal courtyard, which offers a breathtaking view upon entry. Looking through the huge glass surface, you can feel nature at your fingertips. Ceiling cooling will be installed in all living areas, and the air-contidioned air duct hidden in the living room will provide cool, dehumidifying air even in the greatest summer heat.
Each villa has three well-separated bedrooms, guaranteeing undisturbed regeneration and tranquility. Each room has a private wardrobe and a bathroom. In addition, a full fourth bathroom block will be designed for guests.
On colder days, you can relax at home in the private sauna upstairs.
